What you will do:

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to assess and diagnose patients with complex respiratory conditions such as Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease COPD
• Provide high-quality patient care and deliver specialist clinical advice and education
• Conduct Pulmonary Rehab exercise classes assessing patients for suitability and readying them for participation
• Communicate effectively with patients and their carers using a variety of verbal and non-verbal skills, assisting them toward greater independence and understanding of their condition
• Address sensitive situations with patients and carers who may be experiencing high levels of anxiety or stress due to their health challenges
• Utilize a range of personal, external, and technical resources for patients and carers facing communication challenges
• Represent the physiotherapy perspective in discussions with the multi-disciplinary team

Candidates should be HCPC registered.
