- Visit the homes of older and disabled adults and children to conduct assessments and offer support.
- Produce clear, concise reports based on your assessments.

- Conduct Moving and Handling risk assessments and advise on legislation compliance.
- Understand and apply relevant disability legislation to your daily tasks.
- Communicate with diverse individuals, tailoring your approach as necessary.
- Utilize strong ICT skills in the documentation and reporting processes.
- Operate with access to a car, facilitating in-home visits and assessment tasks.
