Associate Dentist in Shropshire, Shropshire

We are currently recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join a well-established mixed NHS and private dental practice in the Newport, Shropshire area on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity offering 2 days per week, with strong earning potential and a supportive clinical environment. Immediate start available.

The practice is modern, patient-focused, and highly regarded locally, providing high-quality dental care for patients of all ages. Alongside NHS dentistry, there is excellent scope for private treatment development within a friendly and collaborative practice setting.

This Associate Dentist role will benefit from:

• 2 days per week – Tuesday and Wednesday

• UDA rate: £14.00–£15.00 per UDA

Key Requirements of the Dentist:

• GDC registered Dentist
• Active NHS Performer Number
• Previous UK dental experience required
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
• Valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Confident in providing both NHS and private dental treatments
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

This Dentist role responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality NHS and private dental care
• Carrying out routine and restorative treatments including examinations, fillings, root canal treatments, extractions, crowns and bridges
• Supporting preventative and long-term oral health outcomes
• Delivering excellent patient communication and treatment planning
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and compliance standards
• Working collaboratively with the wider dental team
• Supporting the continued growth of private treatment opportunities
