Associate Dentist in Newport, Gwent

Flourish Medical is currently recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join an established mixed NHS and private dental practice in Newport, Shropshire on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a Dentist seeking a stable role with strong earning potential, flexible UDA allocation and access to private income growth within a supportive clinical environment.

This Associate Dentist opportunity will offer:

• Permanent contract position
• 2 days per week available
• Immediate start available
• UDA rate of £14.00–£17.00 per UDA (dependent on experience)
• Flexible UDA allocation available

Key Requirements for the Dentist:

• GDC registered Dentist
• Active NHS Performer Number essential
• Previous UK dental experience required
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
• Valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Confident delivering NHS and private dentistry
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Responsibilities of the Associate Dentist will include:

• Providing high-quality NHS and private dental treatment
• Delivering routine and restorative dentistry including examinations, fillings, root canal treatments, crowns and extractions
• Supporting preventative and long-term oral healthcare outcomes
• Preparing and discussing treatment plans with patients
• Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records
• Working closely with the wider practice team
• Supporting the ongoing development of private treatment opportunities
