Associate Dentist in Leicester, Leicestershire

We are recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join a growing private dental practice in Earl Shilton, Leicester (LE9) on a permanent, part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work 2 to 4 days per week while taking over an established patient list as a colleague begins maternity leave, providing an immediate foundation for your private practice. With the recent addition of a new surgery and continued investment in marketing and growth, you'll also have the opportunity to expand your patient list further. Dentists with a special interest in cosmetic dentistry are encouraged to apply.

Working with Flourish Medical as an Associate Dentist offers you:

• £50,000–£120,000 per annum (pro rata, OTE)
• Permanent, part-time role working 2 to 4 days per week
• 40%–50% private fee split, depending on experience
• 50% laboratory bills

Required Skills & Experience for this Associate Dentist:

• GDC registered Dentist
• Proven UK dental practice experience
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality private dentistry
• An interest in cosmetic dentistry would be advantageous

As an Associate Dentist, your responsibilities may include:

• Providing high-quality private dental treatments
• Taking over and managing an established patient list
• Delivering personalised treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Building long-term relationships with existing and new patients
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and complying with GDC standards
• Working collaboratively with the wider dental team while helping to grow the practice

This Associate Dentist opportunity is based in Earl Shilton, Leicester (LE9), with convenient access from Hinckley, Barwell, Stoney Stanton, Burbage, Desford, Market Bosworth and Nuneaton, making it easily commutable from across Leicestershire and neighbouring Warwickshire.
