Flourish Medical is recruiting for a Private Dentist to join a long-established, independently owned private dental practice in Evesham, Worcestershire.

This is a permanent opportunity offering 2 days per week (excluding Mondays) with a 40–50% private fee split and, importantly, an established and busy patient list to inherit from day one.

Rather than joining a practice where you need to build a private list from scratch, you will be taking over an existing patient book within a practice that has been established in Evesham for over 50 years and has a loyal, long-standing patient base.

The practice is looking for a personable and patient-focused Dentist who enjoys building long-term relationships and takes a gentle, attentive approach to private dentistry.

Please note: Previous UK dental experience and the right to work in the UK are essential. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

About the practice

You will be joining an independently owned private dental practice that has been established in Evesham for over 50 years.

The practice has built a loyal local patient base and provides private dentistry through both membership plans and pay-as-you-go treatment.

Most importantly for the incoming Dentist, this position comes with an existing and busy patient book, providing the opportunity to step into an established private list rather than having to build one entirely from scratch.

The practice provides a broad range of general, restorative and cosmetic dental treatments and is looking for a Dentist who wants to become a long-term part of the team.

To be considered for this Private Dentist position, you will need:

• GDC registration as a Dentist
• Previous UK dental experience
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship
• Availability for 2 days per week, excluding Mondays
• Experience providing high-quality general dentistry

Your role

As a Private Dentist, you will:

• Take over and manage an established private patient list
• Provide high-quality private dental treatment
• Conduct examinations, diagnoses and treatment planning
• Deliver general dental treatments to a high clinical standard
• Build strong, long-term relationships with patients
• Provide a gentle and patient-focused clinical experience
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records
• Work collaboratively with the wider dental team
• Maintain high standards of clinical governance and patient care

Location

The practice is based in Evesham, Worcestershire and is commutable from Worcester, Pershore, Cheltenham, Stratford-upon-Avon, Redditch, Tewkesbury, Broadway and surrounding areas across Worcestershire and Gloucestershire.
