This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Social Worker to join the Adults Integrated Neighbourhood Team in Manchester. You will be earning £30 per hour in this ongoing locum position. What you will do:
- Undertake Care Act assessments and reviews, ensuring the needs of service users are at the forefront of your work.
- Complete Mental Capacity Act evaluations and Safeguarding assessments with professional curiosity and sound judgement.
- Work seamlessly within our Integrated Neighbourhood Team, delivering comprehensive care assessments and collaborating with NHS colleagues and community health services.
- Ensure adherence to Continuing Health Care (CHC) frameworks and guidelines in your practice.
- Facilitate quality communications and interventions among teams, service users, and families for optimal care delivery and integrity in safeguarding.
