What you will do:
- Deliver assessments and advice to schools and community services for children and young people with emerging mental health issues.
- Coordinate and implement targeted interventions collaboratively with other clinicians in the Early Help pathway.
- Ensure timely assessment and intervention for children and young people.
- Represent CAMHS in multi-agency meetings to coordinate mental health plans.
- Act as a member of the locality-facing CAMHS Early Help pathway, implementing team decisions.
- Evaluate interventions using Routine Outcome Monitoring (ROMS).
- Participate in delivering CAMHS training programs to schools and community services.
- Maintain high standards of care and effective communication with children, families, and health professionals.
- Engage with clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, and promote person-centred planning.
- Provide advice, support, and signposting through the advice line.
