What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' occupational therapy needs within the community setting.

Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
- Recent UK experience working as a Band 6 Occupational Therapist.
- Previous experience in the NHS.
- Registration with the HCPC.
