What you will do:
- Collaborate within the UASC service to provide supportive care for children in care, ensuring their well-being and safeguarding.
- Conduct comprehensive age assessments to assist in ensuring that appropriate and fair support is provided.
- Engage in the duty rota to help manage workloads efficiently, offering consistent support to the team and the children.
- Work closely with local authorities and community partners to coordinate services and develop care plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to other practitioners, promoting a collaborative and educational team environment.
