What you will do:
- Conduct detailed reviews of case files to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Compile accurate audit reports that analyse and highlight missing information or gaps in children's records.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Children, Families, and Education Directorate to pinpoint opportunities for service improvement.
- Produce well-researched reports, briefings, and other documents to support the Programme Manager’s objectives.
- Support the delivery of transformation and improvement projects that are evidence-based and impactful.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and implement monitoring arrangements to ensure ongoing success.
