What you will do:
- Provide leadership and supervision to team colleagues, uplifting practice standards through knowledge sharing and mentorship.
- Manage a smaller, complex caseload, conducting in-depth assessments and delivering high-quality social work services.
- Champion high standards of social work practice and support the continuous professional development of team members.
- Encourage reflective practice and learning, facilitating on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring for colleagues, students, and less experienced social workers.
- Lead improvements that challenge and enhance the quality of social care practice within a constructive framework.
- Maintain effective multi-agency relationships to support families with complex needs.

Requirements of the Advanced Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Extensive frontline experience in Social Services within the UK as a qualified Social Worker
