Join our bustling Assessment and Short Term Intervention (ASTI) team in the south of Birmingham as a reliable Senior Social Worker. In this role, you will have the chance to produce high-quality family assessments and collaborate closely with families and partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes.

What you will do:
- Conduct thorough assessments of families within designated timeframes.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and partner agencies.
- Ensure that all interventions are timely, efficient, and effective in supporting families.
- Participate in regular case reviews and meetings.
- Liaise with different stakeholders to secure the best outcomes for children and their families.
- Be office-based two days per week, supporting team synergy and information sharing.

Requirements of the Senior Practitioner:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Significant frontline experience within UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
