What you will do:
- Manage casework effectively, ensuring the best outcomes for children in need and child protection situations.
- Work creatively with children and families to support positive change and stability.
- Engage in legal proceedings and manage cases involving looked-after children.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of social workers, ASYE’s, and family practitioners, receiving support from team managers and advanced social workers.
- Conduct timely visits and interventions, both in the home environment and remotely as required.

Requirements of the Social Worker:
- A degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Significant frontline experience within UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker.
