What you will do:
- Assess and oversee the approval of foster carers, ensuring they meet all necessary standards and requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and supervision to foster carers, helping them maintain high levels of care.

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's needs and make informed recommendations regarding their placements.

Requirements of the Senior Practitioner:
- You must hold a degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England is essential.
- Extensive frontline experience working within UK Social Services is key to successfully fulfilling this role.
