What you will do:
- Undertake comprehensive assessments of children in need, working at pace to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
- Manage case loads including situations of child protection, child in need, and involvement in public and pre-proceedings.
- Work closely with families using a restorative and relational-based approach to ensure long-term positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Trust to deliver seamless services and support to families.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of your work to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.

Requirements of the Social Worker:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Significant frontline experience within UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker.
