Locum Social Work Advanced Practitioner within Locality Team in Bradford (UK), earning £37 per hour, Hourly, on a 3-Month basis. What you will do:
- Handle a manageable caseload, ensuring high-quality service delivery to children and families.
- Provide expert guidance and support within Child in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), Public Law Outline (PLO), and care proceedings.
- Facilitate and lead meetings, and develop clear plans of action to support families in need.
- Collaborate with a team of dedicated social workers, prioritising best practice and child safety.
- Use your expertise to train and mentor junior staff, elevating the team’s overall performance and effectiveness.

Requirements of the Advanced Practitioner:
- A degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Significant frontline experience working within Social Services in the UK as a qualified Social Worker.
