What you will do:

- Manage a varied caseload with responsibilities divided predominantly between adults and paediatric cases, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans tailored to each individual's needs.
- Keep comprehensive records and reports, adhering to legal and professional standards.

Requirements:
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) is essential.
- A valid driving licence is required to navigate Islington and its surroundings effectively.
- A minimum of three years of social care experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Paediatric experience within social care or the NHS is a must.
