Take on an exciting leadership opportunity as Team Manager within Oxford’s Disabled Children Team. This ongoing locum role offers £47.50 per hour, plus £100 per week accommodation allowance, and the flexibility to choose between full-time or part-time hours. Based in South Oxford, with three days per week in the office at Ron Groves House (Kidlington), this role allows you to make a tangible difference by shaping services that support children with disabilities and their families.


What You Will Do

  • Lead and manage the Disabled Children Team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with statutory duties.

  • Provide supervision, guidance, and support to team members, building resilience and promoting professional development.

  • Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to deliver joined-up care and support.

  • Oversee case management, ensuring safeguarding principles are applied and children’s needs are met.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and outcomes for children and families.
