What you will do:
- Oversee and review packages of support for children with disabilities, ensuring their social care needs are met effectively.
- Engage in safeguarding processes when necessary, playing a crucial role in the protection and care of vulnerable children.
- Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and other agencies to create tailored support plans for each child.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and interventions, embracing the aspirational vision we hold for every child.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations and guidelines.

This exciting role requires you to hold a Degree or equivalent in social work and have current registration with Social Work England. Significant frontline experience in social services within the UK as a qualified Social Worker is also essential.
