What you will do:

• Attend a weekly Multi-agency Safeguarding Referral Decision Hub, and conduct Duty to Inquire visits.
• Facilitate formal safeguarding investigations and ensure alignment with statutory functions.
• Support with peer supervision and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for excellent safeguarding outcomes.
• Undertake capacity assessments where required, collaborating across both adult and child safeguarding frameworks.
• Provide advice and guidance, participate in police investigations, and ensure robust communication and effective safeguarding governance.
• Assist, support, and empower staff in identifying at-risk adults, while fostering a culture of safety and empowerment.
• Liaise across health and social care settings to facilitate integrated, person-centred responses.
