Site Supervisor in United Kingdom, South East

We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Supervisor to join our clients existing management structure due to current programme requirements.
The successful candidate will assist and report to the wider construction management team on a selection of work packages, ensuring delivery to an acceptable standard of quality, safety, and programme expectations.
Working alongside the Construction Management team and sub-contractor teams, you will be involved in the front-line supervision and planning of programme work packages. You will help manage day-to-day interactions between various teams and onsite sub-contractors, supporting the delivery of works that meet quality, contractual, safety, and time requirements.
Key Responsibilities for the Site Supervisor:
- Work with the Construction Manager to deliver the scheme.
- Manage and coordinate site activities in line with the programme.
- Review daily outputs and report to the Construction Manager.
- Ensure quality standards are met.
- Confirm that only adequately trained and experienced operatives are engaged on site.
- Undertake monthly ESH (Environment, Safety, Health) reviews with suppliers and specialists.
- Deliver site inductions and regular toolbox talks covering Health, Safety, and Environmental issues, maintaining records of these briefings.
- Advise the Construction Manager on specialist strengths and concerns.
- Record resources and monitor outputs against programme.
