Social Worker - Safeguarding & Planning Team, Oldham, £39 per hour, Full time, Ongoing.

What you will do:
- Deliver effective services that safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people at various stages of their journey.
- Work on safeguarding and care proceedings within our Long-Term Teams, including child protection cases.
- Build strong relationships with children and families to understand their contexts and dynamics.
- Collaborate with various agencies and stakeholders to provide comprehensive care planning.
- Prepare reports for court proceedings and present your findings professionally and accurately.
- Engage in reflective practice to continually improve the quality of service provided.
- Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring each child and family receives the attention they require.
Candidates must have experience with court work and child protection for our safeguarding and care planning teams. You will be expected to be office-based a minimum of 3 days a week to facilitate better communication and collaboration.
