Your key responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments using advanced clinical reasoning to diagnose and manage complex MSK disorders.

• Develop and deliver personalised treatment plans including manual therapy, exercise programmes, and rehabilitation strategies.

• Autonomously manage your patient caseload while collaborating closely with doctors and multidisciplinary teams.

• Lead rehabilitation efforts for sports injuries, post-operative care, and chronic conditions.

• Evaluate and modify treatments based on patient progress and clinical outcomes.

• Maintain accurate, professional patient records in line with regulatory standards.

• Contribute to service improvement initiatives and participate in relevant research activities.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior staff and students, particularly in a Band 7 capacity.

• Advocate for preventative health and patient self-management within community settings.
