What you will do:

• Deliver exceptional occupational therapy services across three key sites in Bradford, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and effective patient care within the Intermediate Care setting.
• Assess, plan, and execute rehabilitation interventions, contributing to the wellbeing and functional independence of your patients.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting progress and treatment outcomes effectively.
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff and students, fostering a collaborative and educational environment.
• Drive to each site as needed, utilizing your own vehicle to support the flexibility and scope of this engaging role.
