Join the NHS Mental Health Integrated Community Services (MHICS) team as a Band 7 Mental Health Practitioner in Farnborough. This full-time locum role runs Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with weekly travel across Aldershot (2 days), Farnborough (2 days), and Farnham (1 day).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop tailored care plans.
