What you will do:
- Assess and provide equipment including Assistive Technology to meet needs and reduce risk.
- Offer advice and facilitate minor and major adaptations to properties.
- Assess and provide guidance on moving and handling techniques, including postural management support and distributing suitable equipment.
- Collaborate with housing partners to assist with re-housing applications in alignment with Local housing policy.
Requirements:
- Must be HCPC registered.
- Must have a valid driver's licence to effectively reach and cater to community members.
