What You Will Do:

• Provide mental health assessments and interventions for children and adolescents in the community.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for service users.

• Develop and review holistic care plans, working closely with the young people and their families.

• Deliver therapeutic treatments and support, using evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate access to community resources and support networks for young service users.
