What You Will Do:

• Provide expert support and advice as a Senior Practitioner within the Neighbourhood Support Team.

• Utilise significant Safeguarding Adults at Risk experience to triage cases effectively, offering top-notch support to both the clients and management.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive assessments and care plans for adults in need.

• Work alongside management to support strategic planning and service delivery improvements.

• Engage in continuous professional development, staying abreast of the latest practices and regulations in adult social work.
