Main Responsibilities

Respond swiftly and effectively to emergency social work situations, providing critical interventions and assessments.

Deliver in-person support to individuals and families across County Durham during urgent and out-of-hours scenarios.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Approved Mental Health Practitioner (AMHP) status.
