What you will do:
• Work with children and young people who are children in need, those needing protection, and those in our care, ensuring their safety and wellbeing are central to all decisions.
• Collaborate with a team of Social Work colleagues, family work members, enhanced practitioners, and social work consultants to deliver comprehensive support.
• Engage in thorough case reviews and use Signs of Safety as the embedded practice framework.
• Access the case recording system, Liquid Logic, to maintain accurate and detailed records.
• Receive and engage in regular reflective supervision sessions that facilitate professional reflection and growth.
• Share your practice experience with NQSWs, trainees, and students, contributing to a nurturing, supportive, and learning-focused team environment.
