What you will do:

Provide comprehensive assessment and rehabilitation for individuals post-stroke, focusing on communication and swallowing disorders.

Work predominantly with clients dealing with aphasia, apraxia of speech, cognitive-communication disorders, and dysphagia.

Travel within the community, delivering services directly to clients in their homes, thereby providing a personalised and accessible therapeutic experience.

Utilise your experience and training, particularly in dysphagia if possible, to manage and improve client outcomes effectively.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, ensuring holistic care and client-centred rehabilitation.
This position requires HCPC registration and the ability to travel independently, so having your own vehicle is essential.
