We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Mental Health & Learning Disability team in Medway, Kent. Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake comprehensive assessments for individuals with mental health conditions and learning disabilities.

• Develop and implement personalised care plans that promote functional independence and social inclusion.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including social workers, psychiatrists, and community health professionals.

• Provide tailored advice and support to service users, carers, and families.

• Contribute to safeguarding procedures and ensure care complies with legislative and professional standards.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.

• Support the adaptation of environments and activities to meet the diverse needs of service users.

What We’re Looking For:

• HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with post-qualification experience in mental health and/or learning disabilities.

• In-depth understanding of relevant social care legislation and best practice frameworks.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to manage a caseload independently and collaboratively.

• A valid UK driving licence – travel between sites is essential.
