The Role

Your Key Responsibilities

Assist teaching and learning across your subject area or more generally as needed

Provide 1:1 or small-group support to students

Learn the inner workings of school life—from policy to practice
Who We’re Looking For

Final-year students or recent graduates with a minimum 2:1 degree

Preferably from a Russell Group or Top 20 UK university

Passionate about education and supporting young people

Reliable, enthusiastic, and proactive

Interest in one or more of the subject areas listed

Any experience working with children (e.g., tutoring, coaching, mentoring) is a bonus—not a requirement
