What you will do:

• Work in various locations including Llandudno one day a week, Ruthin another day, Holywell another, with two days based at Glan Clwyd.
• Provide comprehensive Neuro Physiotherapy services to patients, aiming to improve their quality of life and physical well-being.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver top-notch patient care.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for each patient.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documenting progress and adjusting treatments as necessary.
• Provide guidance and support to patients’ families and caregivers.

Requirements:

• HCPC registration is essential.
• A valid driving licence is required as you will be traveling between different sites.
