What you will do:

• Assist in the recruitment, assessment, and support of prospective foster carers
• Conduct initial and comprehensive assessments for fostering applications
• Provide guidance and support to foster carers through the approval and placement processes
• Engage in recruitment campaigns and attend information sessions
• Collaborate with locality teams and partner agencies to best represent the fostering service
• Deliver training programmes and facilitate preparation groups for foster carers
• Implement childcare policies effectively and support foster carers in meeting the needs of children
• Participate actively in team meetings and service development projects
