What you will do:
- Manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring that you provide thorough social work assessment and care management in compliance with the local authority's policies and procedures.

- Provide comprehensive information and advice about available services, helping service users understand their rights and ensuring informed decision-making.
- Write concise and informative reports for various audiences, including court hearings, safeguarding meetings, and multi-disciplinary settings.
- Act as an advocate and educator for service users, sharing knowledge and promoting their rights within the community.
- Provide or refer specialist advice on matters like welfare rights and legal issues, liaising with external agencies when necessary.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, guidance, and standards, ensuring a consistently high standard of practice.
