Key Responsibilities:

  • Autonomous Clinical Practice:

    • Lead and support junior physiotherapists, therapy support workers, and students, overseeing individual and team caseloads, and ensuring optimal service delivery.

  • Service Development & Improvement:

    • Actively contribute to service improvement initiatives, audits, and research projects to enhance patient outcomes and the paediatric physiotherapy service.

  • Education & Training:

    • Provide ongoing education and training to patients, carers, and staff, promoting best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team.

  • Multidisciplinary Collaboration:

    • Collaborate closely with medical, nursing, and social work teams to deliver holistic, integrated care plans that address all aspects of a child’s health and development.
