The Lubrication Technician will carry out scheduled lubrication of rotating equipment, complete routine oil inspections, replace oils where required, identify early signs of mechanical wear and ensure accurate maintenance records are maintained. Working safely at all times, the Lubrication Technician will also support preventative maintenance activities and contribute to the smooth running of the site's engineering operations.Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications: Previous experience in industrial lubrication, mechanical maintenance or a similar engineering role.Good understanding of industrial lubricants, including grease and oil grades.Experience working on rotating plant and mechanical drive systems.Ability to identify early signs of mechanical deterioration or equipment failure.Good record keeping and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage a scheduled workload.A proactive approach with strong attention to detail. Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications Mechanical maintenance or engineering background.Experience working in manufacturing, recycling, food processing, waste handling or heavy industrial environments.FLT, MEWP or similar plant licences.IOSH, CCNSG or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
