Job Role: As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving quality standards across the business while supporting customers and suppliers. The Quality Manager will manage warranty claims, returned parts and root cause investigations, lead corrective actions through 8D processes, oversee PPAP activities, conduct internal and product audits, maintain calibration and quality documentation, report KPIs and drive continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System to ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications: Degree in an engineering or technical discipline, or an equivalent qualification, with substantial professional experience in quality management.Experience within the quality field, preferably in the automotive industry.Leadership experience with responsibility for driving quality improvements.Strong knowledge of automotive quality methods and standards.Experience working to IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.Experience with PPAP, auditing, corrective actions and root cause analysis.Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional approach.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Willingness to travel.
