Recruit4staff are representing an established engineering and fabrication business in their search for a Pipefitter to work in JerseyJob Details: Pay: £25 per hour CIS (travel and expenses paid, with accommodation and flights provided)Hours of Work: 10-hour days, working an 11 days on – 2 days off pattern. Fly out on Monday and return home the following Friday, completing 11-night trips.Duration: Temporary (3 months) Job Role: As a Pipefitter, you will undertake pipefitting and mechanical fitting works as part of a site-based project in the Channel Islands. Duties will include completing mechanical installation works, using hand tools and associated equipment safely and effectively, and operating cherry pickers as required. The Pipefitter will work as part of the site team to ensure mechanical works are completed safely and to project requirements.Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications: Proven site-based Pipefitter experience within industrial, process, commercial or construction projects.Relevant mechanical qualifications.Valid CSCS Card.Valid UTR number. Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications A mechanical engineering background would be advantageous for the Pipefitter role.Slinger/Signaller CPCS qualification.Appointed Person or Lift Supervisor qualification through CPCS or NPORS.IPAF 3a & 3b.
