Your Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions tailored to children with complex sensory, emotional, and behavioural needs. Collaborate closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary team including Sensory Integration-trained OTs, Psychologists, and Speech & Language Therapists. Lead and contribute to clinical assessments, intervention planning, and ongoing review of therapy outcomes. Provide training, consultation, and expert guidance to educational and care teams to ensure therapy is integrated into every aspect of the child’s school life. Support the development and learning of our Occupational Therapy Apprentice, acting as a mentor and clinical guide. What We’re Looking For HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with demonstrable experience in working with children and young people with complex SEND needs. Skilled in delivering individualised therapy, using evidence-based approaches and outcome measures.
