Requirements - Academic Qualification (Level 3, or above ie HNC,HND, Degree) - Familiar in Survey equipment (GPS, Total Station,) for Setting Out & Survey - Experience in various geotechnical applications such as drilling, grouting, anchor installation, - inspection and testing is essential. - Awareness of commercial processes. - Familiar with Quality Management System and familiar in writing RAMS. - Proven people and project management skills. - Good standard of IT skills - Flexible to working weekends and out of hours (on a rota basis to suit project requirements) - Supervisor HSE test, CSCS - White AQP Car

Operating survey equipment to the highest of precision within a civils environment. - Support engineers with setting out activities to ensure consistent approaches to surveying and engineering. - Support the preparation of survey reports, drawings, and data outputs for engineering and construction teams. - Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment between construction programme and survey operations. - Support machine control application for excavation, demolition and drilling operations. Check design and create models for machine control. - Provide check reports and as-builts, through laser scanning and modelling of point clouds. - Assist with the implementation of quality control procedures, particularly in accordance with QC1 requirements; maintaining the highest standards of traceability, tolerances, reporting. - Manage and archive survey files and records to support project compliance and audits, using the Projects Document Management system. - Attend daily briefings and provide updates on survey progress and issues. - Ensure all surveying works are carried out in accordance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Support other surveying work packages as required.
