What you will do:

• Develop and implement interventions that address the needs of young people involved in the justice system.
• Work collaboratively with partner agencies to design and deliver effective strategies for reducing reoffending.
• Support young people and their families through robust and responsive case management.
• Conduct assessments of young offenders to identify risk factors and protective elements influencing their behaviour.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports for use in court proceedings, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
