What you will do:

- Manage complex caseloads involving children with high levels of need and risk.
- Collaborate with diverse professionals, including senior levels across partner agencies.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of social needs and risks, focusing on parental capacity.
- Chair and contribute to various child case meetings, such as Child Protection conferences and childcare reviews.
- Produce high-quality assessments and reports for a range of functions, ensuring clarity and precision.
- Model and promote best practice, supporting the team to uphold high standards.
- Engage in capacity-building with individuals, families, and community user groups.
- Work within legislation and frameworks set by Swindon Borough Council.
- Liaise with multi-agency teams, ensuring effective communication and cooperation.
- Provide statutory support to complex cases requiring court processes or statutory care.
