What you will do:
- Provide patient-centred, strength-based, and goal-orientated therapy
- Manage your caseload effectively, identifying suitable patients
- Lead the Rehabilitation Ward to further integrate occupational therapy
- Mentor and coach team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve patient-directed goals
- Work with community services to develop protocols that aid patient recovery
- Supervise an assistant who will follow your assessment and treatment plans
- Lead and develop the ward's occupational therapy interventions, utilising research and audit tools to refine practices
- Propose and respond to policy and service enhancement initiatives
