What you will do:
- Travel across the UK, delivering health screening assessments and promoting health initiatives at client sites.
- Provide bespoke, evidence-based advice related to health profiles involving adiposity, biochemistry, and blood screening.
- Design and implement tailored action plans focusing on treatment prescriptions modified per behavioural change stages.
- Set realistic and inspiring goals, coaching clients to unlock their potential and make positive lifestyle changes.
- Support individuals with lifestyle-induced diseases in adopting sustainable practices for better chronic disease management.
- Offer guidance and assurance during medical tests while using specialised clinical equipment.
- Record, analyse, and interpret clinical data, making informed clinical risk assessments and escalating to GPs or Occupational Health practitioners when necessary.
- Ensure the maintenance and calibration of clinical equipment according to policy, reporting any faults.
What We Are Looking For:
We need someone who is both dynamic and compassionate, holding a degree or equivalent in Sports Science, Health Science, Exercise Physiology, or a closely related field. The ideal candidate will have experience in sports, medical, health, wellness, or fitness settings with strong proficiency in human physiology, exercise, biochemistry, anatomy, psychology, or nutrition. A comprehensive understanding of workplace wellbeing strategies and health assessments is crucial. Good communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a valid UK driving licence with a personal vehicle are a must, as nationwide travel is involved.
