What you will do:

• Deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care in medical, surgical, women and children, and patient services departments.
• Undertake training and contribute effectively to each rotation within the pharmacy service.
• Work independently and collaboratively, showcasing excellent communication and time management skills.
• Provide consultation and advice to healthcare professionals and patients.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines to guarantee patient safety and the provision of optimal care.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Registered with the HCPC as a Pharmacist.
• Previous experience of working in hospital pharmacy is essential.
• Must be a car driver, with a willingness to work cross-site.
