What you will do:

• Provide comprehensive support to service users from their entry into the service through their recovery journey.
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and psychosocial interventions to help service users achieve their recovery goals.
• Develop and implement recovery plans, coordinating with other healthcare providers to ensure the best outcomes.
• Deliver harm reduction strategies and educate service users on overdose prevention and blood-borne viruses.
• Facilitate access to external support services, advocating for service user needs across multiple agencies.
• Contribute to all aspects of confidentiality and build trust through consent to share information.
• Engage service users in recovery and peer support groups to promote resilience and self-determination.
