What you will do:

• Provide expert assistance across a range of anaesthetic and scrub specialties, ensuring patient safety and adherence to established theatre protocols.

• Collaborate effectively with the surgical team to support both elective and emergency surgery cases.

• Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills while maintaining high standards of patient care.

• Adapt to varied situations with ease, maintaining calmness under pressure and ensuring efficient theatre operations.

Requirements:

• You hold an RGN or ODP qualification with valid NMC/HCPC registration and have a minimum of 2 years post-qualification theatre experience.

• Proven scrub experience across multiple specialities is essential, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team.

• Experience supporting both elective and emergency surgeries, along with a strong understanding of theatre protocols and patient safety, is required.

• Evidence of continued professional development and the ability to demonstrate flexibility and calmness under pressure are key.
