What you will do:

  • Personal Care: Assist patients with washing, dressing, and toileting

  • Mobility Support: Support patients with mobility, nutrition, and hydration

  • Vital Monitoring: Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature

  • Clinical Assistance: Assist with basic clinical tasks as directed by nursing staff

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation

Person Specification:

  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is desirable

  • Training & Compliance: Basic Life Support (BLS), Manual Handling training, Enhanced DBS, and Right to Work in the UK

  • Key Skills: Compassionate, patient-centred approach with strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Experience: Prior experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a care setting is desirable, including supporting personal care needs
