What you will do:

• Pharmaceutical Care: Provide expert care across oncology, haematology, surgical, and medical wards

• Collaboration: Work with healthcare professionals to optimise treatment plans and patient outcomes

• Medication Safety: Ensure safe and effective use of chemotherapy and oncology treatments

• Medication Reviews: Conduct reviews and manage formulary processes

• Clinical Contribution: Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and clinical governance activities

• Specialist Advice: Provide expert guidance to patients and staff on pharmaceutical products

Requirements:

• Registration: Must be registered as a Pharmacist with the GPhC

• Experience: Recent hospital experience, particularly in oncology and related specialties

• Certification: Possession of the BOPA Passport

• Flexibility: Willingness to travel, with driver access advantageous but not essential
